A Novel Consensus-based Secondary Control Strategy for Isolated Microgrid Facing with Communication Interruption

摘要
In isolated microgrid, most of the secondary control strategies (i.e. adjust output voltage and frequency of DERs) are highly dependent on the communication network which includes sensors and communicators. But if there are communication interruotion problem (CIP) among the data transmission of sensors or communicators, it will affect the control effect. For these CIPs in secondary control process, a novel consensus-based secondary control strategy is designed to solve. In this strategy, the corresponding structure includings cyber layer and physical layer. And the specific designs are: 1. A path reconstruction method is proposed to solve the CIP in communicators; 2. A predictive compensation method is designed to solve the CIP in sensors. Meanwhile, based on the consensus control theory, the secondary control can be also accomplished in this paper. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by simulink experiments.
