摘要
We theoretically calculated the light extraction efficiency of the light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with a moth-eye structure by rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA). The dependences of light extraction efficiency on aspect ratio and period were measured. Light extraction efficiency was almost constant until the period of 170 nm and then gradually decreased with increasing of period. (c) 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
