摘要
In this paper primary goal was to explain basic monitoring techniques on wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) radio network controller (RNC). Live data for same network key performance indicator (KPI) have been obtained by different monitoring techniques available on RNC. The obtained results have been compared based on used monitoring technique. The best suitability for different network optimization level has been concluded from results of analysis.
