摘要：
A hydrorelay designed to control water flows in the cooling systems of diffusion pumps is described. The water flow controlled by the hydrorelay is 0.7-11/min. A thermistor-based hot-wire anemometer with temperature compensation is used as the primary transducer. The actuation time of the device is <= 11 s.
