New eco-friendly coating for the higher temperature solar cell by nano-composite

摘要
It is notorious that the efficiency of the solar PV cell decreases with increasing temperatures, and cooling is indispensable at high lighting conditions or hot weather conditions. In this study, used nanocomposite material Titanium dioxide (TiO2) with polymer at different concentrations. This application shows very significant improvement in the PV efficiency and solar radiation antireflection. The PV Polycrystalline solar cell was coated to increase the excitation process of the electron to the sunlight also to reduce the infrared radiation (IR) absorbed in low frequency. From the experimental test, one and two layers of polymer and Titanium dioxide composite show high performance. Where get for the first concentration (CO1) with one layer and two layers increase the efficiency by 1.11% and 2.71%, respectively. While when using the second concentration (CO2), get the increase in efficiency about 0.473% and 1.59% for one and two layers of coating, respectively.
