摘要
At present, the development of terahertz applications is mainly limited by the generation of terahertz waves. In order to meet the needs of high power sources, a comprehensive research of 220GHz power synthesis circuit based on 3dB waveguide couplers has been presented in this paper, which includes two branch waveguide couplers and two 220GHz solid-state multipliers. Both the branch waveguide couplers and the multipliers show the great simulation performance according to the Ansoft HFSS electromagnetic simulator.
