摘要
The sustainability development strategy of port is that port development should meet not only present global economics, environmental and social needs, but also the opportunity of future generations to assure theirs. Decision makers in port development have very few means of evaluating the sustainability and entities involved with port system. Based on system dynamics method, this paper aims to construct a simulation model of port development in order to describe the developing process of port, enabling decision makers to simulate various port policies and analyze the multitude of development scenarios. The result of the simulation shows that it is important to keep environment stakeholders always clean, safe and efficient.
