The construction of the agile enterprise based on the speed economy

摘要：
The paper illustrates the inevitability that the speed economy substitute the scale economy. To cope with the speed economy, the paper puts forth the feasible reconstruction measures to construct the agile enterprise. Then it brings forth the mutual mode of agile enterprise, and then analyzes the factors that affect the agility of enterprise. At last, the paper presents the feasible choices of technology, organization and the main body.
