Modelling and simulation of water control system of vertical natural circulation steam generators

摘要
For the vertical natural circulation steam generators, the nonlinear mathematical model of the steam generator is established by applying the modular mechanism modeling method. Comprising 16 control bodies, the model establishes mathematical model for each control body for derivation by lumped parameter method, with a mathematical model with 12 state variables obtained. The three-impulse control method is applied to automatically control the water level of the steam generator. The model is then solved by Runge-Kutta method. The simulation test is then performed for the steam generator's welter level control system to verify the dynamic characteristics of the model. With this model, it is possible to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the steam generator and design the steam generator controller, thus it is of certain significance in engineering application.
