Top physics at the Fermilab Tevatron

Planned and proposed luminosity enhancements at the Fermilab Tevatron will provide a large sample of identified top events. I review here a prospectus for top physics at the Tevatron as established by the Tev2000 Working Group. We estimate event yields and benchmark sensitivities for a catalog of measurements, including the top mass, production cross sections, V-tb, branching ratios to W and b, decay couplings, rare decays, and exotic production mechanisms. Comparison is made with capabilities at other facilities.
