摘要：

The origin of conscientious objection and its growth, especially in the field of health treatment, deserves reflection based on the scientific literature, but above all on the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. This, with growing sensitivity towards conscientious objection, protects it against military service or the use of weapons, but neglects it in the dispensation of contraceptives-abortion drugs or in participation in abortions, despite a certain similarity in protecting life by moral convictions.
