摘要：
Reducing the risk and occurrence of foodborne illness is a priority for the food service industries. This provides an overview on food hygiene knowledge and attitude amongst food handlers toward safe food practices in the school canteen. Food handlers play an important role in preventing foodborne illness and meeting the objective of serving harmless. However, food handlers were found not applying good practices of hygiene level of acceptance of the standard food hygiene procedure. Therefore, this study will provide information and guide the food handler's to practice the proper standard of food hygiene procedure on site.
