摘要
The angles in forward bending and the area of movement in the center of pressure were measured and a subjective evaluation performed to examine the age-related changes of posture when pulling exercises in the lower position. The task was to pull at a drawer in the lower position while changing the height of the drawer. Three age groups (20, 60, and 70 year olds) participated in this experiment. From the results, the degree of ease in the operation of the task increases with the height of drawers in all the groups. It was found that the posture of the 70 age group while forward bending in performing the task for the lowest drawer is different from those of the 60 and 20 age groups when comparing the angles of bending in the trunk and knee. It suggests that the 70 age group lower their center of the gravity by bending their knees so as to ease the high physical load at their waist for the lower drawers.
