Web-based Design and Implementation of Substituted Post Exercitation Management Platform for Hotel Management Program-Take Hotel Management Program, in College of Tourism, Huaqiao University for Example

Substituted post exercitation in hotels is a very important form of talent training in hotel management program: after the general teaching and most of the basic knowledge are fmished, students are required to take part in substituted post exercitation in the companies or enterprises related to their major, aiming to get an improvement of the operating capacity through the completion of certain production tasks. But in the process of substituted post exercitation, the majority of institutions had the problems such as leaving students managed by nobody, failure to contact with students, and the unrestricted rules for interns, so that an expected effect was not achieved. Therefore, it is imperative to research and develop an online substituted post exercitation management system. In view of the above problems, in this paper, by taking College of Tourism, Huaqiao University for example, the aspects such as the necessities, demand analysis and design of the substituted post exercitation management system for students were specifically expounded in terms of the universality of the hotel management program all over the country, so as to provide a more convenient management platform for the school managers of substituted post exercitation.
