摘要
Reemitted slow positrons from the clean Ni(111) surface and the hydrogen-saturated Ni(111) surface were measured. We suggest that the disordered hydrogen adsorbed structure of the beta 1 phase contains vacancy-type defects, and that the number of these defects will grow with time in the case of hydrogen-saturated Ni(111) surface at 180 K.
