摘要
In the rapidly changing environment of the knowledge economy, an enterprise must respond to potential future changes when developing and implementing enterprise systems, which must be integrateable. The paper presents an integrating management information system (IMIS) over the internet for textile enterprise which is designed by integrating advanced optimal method and the technologies of satellite navigates, logistics and artificial intelligence techniques, it is a distributed data-driven open data management flat based on the information techniques. Its commercial values and community benefits are verified by running in a local company.
