摘要
Not all trainings can achieve the desired effect, alternatively, would bring some bad effects if inappropriate. This article will take the training management for the problems in-depth analysis, and then suggest improvements program, hopefully could apply to the realistic that address weaknesses in the future. With the changing times and social progress, the competition among enterprises has gradually become a competition between people. In order to be better and faster the improvement for the company, managers realized that training management has been raised to the very important position in a company, not only in few, but almost every existing.
