摘要
To analyze the trend of electric load during a long period and its response to the meteorological factors in the non-central city in China, the daily data of power load and weather factors from 2007 to 2013 in Huangshi City were selected and the sensible temperature and comfort index level were first calculated from the single meteorological factors. Based on the results, the power load influenced by financial crisis was divided. Then, the relationship between the sensible temperature and the sensitive load rate was calculated qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicated that the meteorological factors have significant effects on the power load. The sensible temperature showed better results after analyzing its specific impact. The sensible temperature higher than 22.9 degrees C (weekdays) or 21.5 degrees C (holidays) would lead to sensitive load, while a 1 degrees C increase of sensible temperature could reach up to 6% additional meteorological load rate during the study period.
