摘要
The article proposes actions and activities towards improvement of corporate culture in Slovenian logistics companies. The ascertainment of the positive contribution that creative managers and efficient communication make to the establishment of the creative environment in the company stimulated us to perform a survey among Slovenian logistics companies. Namely, Slovenian logistics companies suffer from the financial and organisational problems because they are mostly over-indebted and exposed to risky long-term business. The survey pursues the objective of finding out whether Slovenian logistics companies, on average, are creative enough to withstand the difficult economic and in most cases unstable financial situation. Based on the cognition, we propose a model for faster and efficient introduction of creativity in Slovenian logistics companies, which should result in higher innovation culture and long-term business excellence.
