Review of fungus gnats from the Signata group of the genus Mycetophila Meig. (Diptera, Mycetophilidae) from Palaearctic fauna with description of new species

Palaearctic species from the signsata group of the genus Mycetophila Meig. were compared. Four new species, M. diligens, M. impreccabilis, and M. sollistima from the Russian Far East and M, subsigillata from European Russia, Siberia and from the Far. East, are described. The following synomyny is established: M. signata Meigen, 1830 [=M. fasciata (Plotnikova, 1962)]; M. blanda Winnertz, 1863 [=M. lucidithorax (Bukowsky, 1934)]. New data on geographical distribution are presented. A key to identifying Palaearctic species is given.
