摘要
The vortex behavior of superconducting finite-sized Pb networks with 2x2-, 3x3-, 5x5-, and 10 x 10-hole-arrays have been investigated in a small DC magnetic field. The Ph networks have been fabricated by electron beam lithography of photoresist layer and a lift-off process after depositing Ph film on the resist patterns. The magnetization measurements of the Ph networks by a SQUID magnetometer reveal the matching effect in the magnetization curve. Vortex image observations are also carried out by a SQUID microscope to compare with the theoretical predictions.
