A dynamic joint replenishment strategy with auto-correlated demand based on the controlled lead time

摘要
In the recent years, there are so many researches on the joint replenishment based on the fixed lead time. In fact, the lead time is very important and complex, therefore, we construct periodic dynamic review policy for a multi-item inventory system with correlated demands and joint coordinated replenishments, and propose a new joint approach for optical control inventory which based on the auto-correlated and stochastic demands for every product in the different periods. Firstly,, we forecast the demands for all products at every review point, and then update the replenishment parameters dynamically in accordance with the statue of products considering the controlled lead time. Secondly, we make the replenishment policy with the special rules based on the above conditions. Lastly, an example is given to illustrate the validity of the presented strategy through the vast data from the simulation and statistics.
