摘要
Based on a brief review of Chinese cultural values and other relevant literature, this study tests the interactions between person-organization fit and leader behaviours, both of which have been found to have effects on employee motivation, trust and commitment. Specifically, this test deals with two important issues: (1) Do leader behaviours affect person-organization fit?; and (2) do leader behaviours and person organization fit have interactive influence on employee performance. Some interesting empirical evidence has been obtained and its implications discussed at the end of this paper.
