摘要
In this paper, we present an end-to-end scheme, named as TCP-CDR, for the performance improvement of TCP over mobile Ad Hoc networks. This scheme combines congestion window limit, delayed ACK and maximum RTO limit. The comparisons between TCP-CDR and state-of-the-art end-to-end TCP schemes, including Newreno, FeW, TCP-AP, TCP-CD (CWL and Delayed ACK), show that both in static multihops wireless network and in mobile ad hoc networks, the TCP-CDR has the best goodput performance. In particular, different with the previous works, we generate the mobile scenarios not only using Random Waypoint mobility model but also Social Network mobility model.
