摘要：
Experimental investigations into the development mid production of stepped measures of the thickness of coatings of copper on steel with a nickel under-layer are described. The metrological characteristics of already manafactured thickness measures of coatings are presented along with the step patterns and error chart of a magnetic thickness gauge. A thickness gauge produced at the Institute is investigated using a bank of thickness measures for coatings.
