摘要：
The software development techniques have been evolved ever since its existence. The structural programming technique was replaced by the Object Oriented Design and programming technique and then moved to Component-Oriented Programming and software design. Each level of this progression was seemingly built on the top of the other paradigms. It is important to evolve the techniques of measuring the software quality to suit the approach, design and implementation to ensure the robustness and adaptability of the software product. Here, in this paper, some of the metrics that are suitable to measure the quality of the product using Component Technology in web applications are presented.
