摘要：
A low-profile broadband dual-polarized omnidirectional antenna is proposed. The proposed antenna has a very low profile (0.068 lambda(min)) and consists of a low-profile tapered monopole for vertical polarization (VP) and four horizontal dipoles arranged in a ring for horizontal polarization (HP). The HP antenna is used as the ground of the VP antenna, which can avoid designing intersecting feeding networks and solve the mismatch problem. The operating bandwidth of the proposed antenna is 1.7-2.7 GHz (45%) with an isolation of higher than 20 dB in simulation. The radiated performances of omnidirectional beams and low ECC are also realized.
