Research on Oversea Telecommunication Venders' Quality Comprehensive Evaluation Method Based on BP-Neural Network

As the economy booms in china, more and more enterprises go aboard and establish branch institutes or companies, undertaking all kind of construction projects. Meanwhile, they are restricted by devices, man-power and so on, most enterprises choose subcontracting strategy and find qualified service venders. While they lack of specific evaluation method when facing so many irregular venders, so this article evaluate the venders' comprehensive quality using a BP-neural network, aiming to reach an objective and fair evaluation result, and further assist enterprises' decision-making.
