摘要：

Rural land expropriation compensation is an important problem in land expropriation. It is the important guarantee for the living and reemployment of farmers after they lose their land. Because the land expropriation compensation system is not perfect, the disputes of land expropriation are increasing. The paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of land expropriation compensation and puts forward suggestions on improving China's rural land compensation system.
