摘要
Currently, shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises widely use digital technologies for effective planning and management during design and technological preparation, as well as in the manufacture of products. However, when creating integrated management systems for enterprises and corporations, the heterogeneity and different functionality of existing information subsystems lead to problems. The article describes the approach developed by the authors to solving a number of existing problems. The concept of building a single information space based on the functional enterprise model is proposed. The structural basis of this space consists of measurements that ensure the completeness and sufficiency of the content of design and technological information about products, as well as information about the current state of all the main production resources of the enterprise. The originality of the proposed structure of the integrated space lies in the fact that in addition to the necessary and sufficient information for management, the relationships between its elements are ensured. The introduction of the outlined principles and the practical operation of an automated digital control system of design and technological preparation ensured an increase in production efficiency at an enterprise producing equipment for the fish processing fleet.
