摘要：
Based on consulting literature material, this article introduces the concept and formed of the aerobic exercise. It imposes a comprehensive and systematic discussion upon the characteristic and exercise principle of the aerobic exercise. Combining the method and the attentions of the aerobic exercise, it also provides the exercise prescription of the aerobic exercise which will facilitate the exercisers to have a deeper acknowledge and understanding of it and make exercise more rationalized and scientifically.
