摘要
The influence of short-range ordering on the strength properties of nichrome alloy with chemical composition Ni (base), 21% Cr, 1.1% Si, 0.6% Mn, 0.75% Fe, 0.31% Al, 0.08% Ti, 0.35% Cu, and 0.05% C, were analyzed. The mechanical tests by upsetting cylindrical samples with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 12 mm were conducted using a Schenck universal dynamometer in the temperature range 150-1000°C at an initial strain rate of 7×10 -4 s-1. In the presence of short-range ordering, the moving dislocations are forced to cut the regions of short-range order, which requires an increase in the applied stresses. In the presence of short-range ordering, the moving dislocations are forced to cut clusters of regularly arranged Cr atoms, which requires an increase in the yield stress for the beginning of deformation.
