摘要：
More fundraising channels can be dredged for the real estate industry through the direct penetration of such investment funds into real estate development as well as in such investment areas. The society, as a whole, can lower and disperse risks from single-handed financing. Meanwhile, this is also conducive to a rational healthy development in real estate when investors are scattered This thesis probes into risk management in funds operations and holds discussions on the recollection mechanism for investment returns.
