INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR EFFICIENT INTERACTION OF LABOUR MARKET AND MARKET OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

摘要：
The article studies the problems of the information-analytical support for the interaction of labour market and market of higher professional education in Ukraine. The case study of the "Info-service-group" company presents the system information-analytical complex of 10 digests which inform top managers in business, ministries and other administrational bodies, local authorities, higher educational institutions about the events in different sectors of economy, regions and on the global markets. Such complex enables managers in business and system of higher professional education to react adequately to the problems in training of personnel which is in demand by the real economy. Several disproportions in the interaction between the higher education system of Ukraine and real demands of the labour market are considered.
