摘要
In recent years, due to the substantial increase in private car ownership and travel, the city's road traffic jams have become increasing intensified, and severely restrict the sustainable development of cities and society. Therefore, how to alleviate urban traffic congestion has attracted more and more attention. Since public transportation has the obvious advantage of low road resources per capita, many cities prioritize public transportation development strategies to alleviate urban traffic congestion. While buses are an important part of urban public transportation, it is essential to plan bus routes effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to select the most suitable one among a given number of alternative bus routes. Such problems belong to multi-attribute group decision-making, and their selection and evaluation is a complicated process. This paper constructs an evaluation framework based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and establishes an evaluation index system for bus route selection. The FAHP is used to determine the attribute weights, and the TOPSIS is used to rank all the alternatives. Finally, numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed multi-attribute group decision-making method.
