摘要：

Network opinion monitoring is important for emergency management. This paper introduces the procedure and related technology of opinion detection and pre-warning in network opinion knowledge discovering based on a typical case. It proposes a new topic pre-warning method and the topic clustering discovery algorithm. At last, we detect and show the important topics and topic clustering of the BBS forums data in the year 2009.
