The Solutions to Multivariate Spatial Data Sharing of Across-district Fire Command System Based on Grid

摘要
Fire command across district is a specific firefighting mode which different from that of a single unit or a combined unit. The most obvious and striking characteristic of it is the automation of fire command in multi-units, multi-forces and integration of different arms. Different fire command software platform have been applied in different fire district, the geo-spatial data of which is mainly provided by computer software development company in vector format, and the fire thematic data are collected by fire department themselves. The source and format of basic data given by different district vary considerably. Supported by existing fire command information, of which the most important part is spatial data, in different fire department, it needs to make comprehensive and integrated use of information basic facilities for the fire command such as GIS and build a platform for sharing comprehensive command and decision-making information so as to realize interconnection and intercommunication of various information systems as well as sharing of information resources. In this article, researched on the metadata catalog of spatial data grid, the metadata catalog offers a uniform mode to name, publish and access all kinds of data source of spatial data grid. In the database layer, the spatial data was represented by using GML (Geography Markup Language), and the city spatial data model was designed based on GML. The spatial data was stored and managed by using Oracle spatial. It was easy to share the heterogeneous data. After discussing Globus Toolkit, which is the fundamental software of grid, a laboratorial system of spatial data is constructed grid based on Globus Toolkit. In the testing system, a GML file was served by the grid container of Globus Toolkit on the data server. The clients can query the metadata of GML data and service data of the GML data service. They can also acquire the GML data by the data service.
