摘要：
The article addresses the constitutional rights in Ernst-Wolfgang Bockenforde' work. Based on four of his scientific contributions, Bockenforde's central arguments and their development over time are first portrayed. In the following, a categorization in which Bockenforde's particular theoretical positions are connected to his job as a judge at the German Federal Constitutional Court is presented. Finally, it is analyzed the significance of Bockenforde's work for actual days.
