Job-related information and analysis are fundamental parts for both workers and organizations to increase productivity and job satisfaction that are extensively related to the business organization's performance. This study presents an analysis of specific job characteristics, job contents, and behaviors in the two diverse merchandising line development process of traditional retail buying and appal ei product development.
