摘要
Mid-infrared Raman sources based on highly GeO2-doped silica-fibers pumped at similar to 2.0 mu m pulsed/cw lasers are studied. Supercontinuum generation up to 3.0 mu m and cascaded Raman scattering up to 2.53 mu m are achieved, respectively.
