The Study on Enterprise Cultural Construction of the Chinese Characteristics Based on Harmonious Society

From the perspective of harmonious society, this article explores on the function and significance of enterprise culture construction for constructing a harmonious society. This paper describes the connotation of enterprise culture and its role in enterprises, analyzes problems of the enterprise culture construction in our country currently which mainly include four aspects such as enterprise culture research lag and impractical, blindly followed the enterprise culture, the deviation of enterprise culture management functions. Finally, this article combination with the historical background of harmonious society considers that constructing enterprise culture with the Chinese characteristics should inherit Chinese excellent traditional culture, discard unfavorable factors from a dialectical perspective, critically learn from the essence of enterprise culture of developed countries, build personality enterprise culture combination with the enterprises actual situation, adhere to inheritance and innovation and so on under the background of harmonious society.
