摘要：
This paper primarily proposes a kind of model for multicast routing optimization. This model links the constraint to the band width, and optimizes multi-objective hop and delay. Simultaneously, this paper offers solutions for methods based on genetic algorithm; this method can search the set of the Pareto optimal solution to an optimized problem, hence provides a basis for policy-makers to conduct goal orientated decision-making. The preliminary results have validated this method rationality.
