摘要
In this paper, a three-phase induction motor drive with inverter switch fault-tolerance capability is proposed The voltage balance issue in the traditional fault-tolerant converter topology (B4) is resolved by using single capacitor at the dc- link in the proposed fault-tolerant converter topology. The boost converter is controlled by current control technique and induction motor is controlled by scalar V/F control These two control strategies give appropriate switching states to get regular operation of the motor in healthy and post-fault condition. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the proposed scheme and its control Also, a comparison with the available fault-tolerant converter schemes is given to show the merits of the proposed converter topology.
