CASE STUDY: THE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN A ROMANIAN UNIVERSITY ('AL. I. CUZA' UNIVERSITY - FACULTY OF BIOLOGY) AND IN THE NATURAL SCIENCES COMPLEX MUSEUM FROM CONSTANTA

Step by step and, especially, during the last years, the environmental education concept wins a good position in the Romanian educational long-term strategies, with the target of changing the people attitude to nature from indifference and carelessness to interest and active involvement in finding solutions for the crisis of environment and in the environmental conservation programs. On the other hand, different institutions and organisations involving in the educational activities understood that the partnerships obtain better results. We present the environmental education experience of the 'AI. I. Cuza' University from Iasi and of the Natural Sciences Complex Museum from Constanta (Romania), including the common activities. There were developed theoretical presentations and practical activities, sometimes together. These programs include not only the Students but also children from schools and high-schools.
