摘要
For future products to maintain a competitive edge in the automotive market, it is continually more important to understand and control interior noise. Road-induced noise forms part of the sound balance experienced under a considerable range of driving conditions. It has a significant contribution to the perceived quality and fatigue levels experienced by customers. A process has been developed at Land Rover that uses frequency domain data from a standardised road noise Transfer Path Analysis to create a time-domain representation. Path-related amplitude and phase relationships are retained, yielding a fully interactive time-domain model.
