Edward C. Niehenke, an Ombuds Officer for IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S), replies the enquiries that came to him. One member informed him that he received an invitation to attend the MTT-S Chapter chair meeting during the European Microwave Week (EuMW) in Nuremberg, Germany, 6-11 October, and he is not the Chapter chair. Upon investigation, Niehenke determined the new Chapter chair of the MTT-S Chapter. He informed the appropriate people to change the Chapter chair's name. One Student Member requested a letter from the IEEE stating that he is an MTT-S member in good standing, which was provided. Another member wanted voting information on the upcoming MTT-S Administrative Committee (AdCom) election. This member decided to vote by e-mail, and Niehenke explained that information should be provided soon. One Student Member requested information to apply for a fellowship. Niehenke explained that this information is found on www.mtt.org then Undergraduate scholarships/Graduate fellowships.
