摘要：
Neodiaptomus meggitti Kiefer, 1932, is a rare, incompletely described species, hitherto known from Myanmar and Malaysia. it is now recorded from a tank at Port Blair, South Andaman, India, and redcscribcll, mostly using light microscopy. Furthermore, its biogeography and its morphological relationships are briefly discussed.
