摘要
Metastable beta type Ti alloys have low density, high strength, corrosion resistance, easily processed performance. excellent biocompatibility and mechanical property, especially low elasticity, they have been used as materials to restore and replace rigid tissues. In this paper, refining, forging, heat treatment and different aging treatment processes of the alloys were studied. The optimal aging process was chosen to gain perfect mechanical property. And optical microscope and XRD were used to study the microstructure of the beta-Ti28Nb24.5Zr alloy.
