KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS IN THE NEW ECONOMY

The role that knowledge plays in the New Economy often is confused The so called E-economy or Knowledge-based Economy usually signifies that the use of increasing returns of knowledge is going to go global in the age of digit and Internet. This paper suggests a formal correction of this position especially about the role that the irreducible relation between education and technology plays in the technological progress considering the production. The sense of the New Economy cannot be looked up somewhere else.
