摘要
The combinations of E-commerce and search engine are changing old business models in the world. After introducing the traditional search business model, this thesis analyzes new challenges for search engine model from the perspective of intellectual property right (IPR) including patent, trademark and copyright. Accepting data analysis method and retrieval method, the thesis puts forward a series of new challenges stemming from patent infringements, trademark infringements as well as copyright infringements. Finally a new business model framework has been designed, where Google-related several classic business search models are given based on the successful experience of search companies under the protection of IPR laws and other regulations.
